About the Course
The Belgian Urology Residents Education Programme was inspired on the EUREP, and aims to provide an update on basic urology with practical lectures and case-discussions. It is created especially for all starting urology residents after their two years of general surgery, however everyone is welcome to join.
One-day practical course with an update and overview of basic urological practice presented by a last-year residents attending the EUREP.
• Basic urology lectures with interactive case-discussions.
• Basic skills sessions: basic cystoscopy skills, catheters, suprapubic catheters, nephrostomies, basic penoscrotal surgery step-by-step (e.g. circumcision), basis endo-surgery step-by-step (e.g. TURBT, TURP).
